Cook the part baked baguettes until golden.
Grill the sausages until golden and nicely charred.
Chop the gherkins and spring onions until finely chopped.
Cut the bread from the top, add the sausage and then a drizzle of the sauces and finish with the crispy onions, chopped gherkins and finally a scattering of chives. Serve with a few fries
