Place camembert in oven until soft and gooey throughout. Deep fry fries until golden. Shred and heat bacon until crispy. Peel and slice spring onions, roughly chop chives
Assembly – Place fries in a bowl and scoop melted camembert over the top. Add bacon pieces and spring onion, finish with crumbled Roquefort and drizzle more camembert all over again. Garish with chopped chives
