Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas 6. Cook macaroni cheese for 30-35mins, then decant into a serving dish and keep warm, ready for portioning. Deep fry sweet potato fries at 175°C for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow 30 seconds to drain and then shake basket. Heat 100g pulled pork and two bacon rashers through in the microwave, then chop bacon into small chunks. Plate up, starting with the sweet potato fries, then 100g macaroni cheese, 100g pulled pork and bacon bits. Finish with several dollops of chutney and shredded spring onion.
