You will need 2 oven proof serving dishes. Divide half of the nachos between the 2 dishes. Warm the pulled pork up in the microwave and divide half of it between the nachos, with half of the black beans and half of the cheese. Repeat again, nachos, pulled pork, beans and cheese. Pop into the oven and cook until the cheese is melted. Top with the jalapeno’s, sour cream, siracha sauce and finish with the coriander.
