Lightly toast the bagel or warm in the microwave for 10 seconds. Mix the mustard and mayonnaise. Spread a little on the base. Add some lettuce, slice radish and sliced cucumber. Now add some Swiss cheese followed by the salt beef. Finish with picked dill, sliced gherkins and a little more mustard mayo.
