Make the mint & yoghurt dressing by adding chopped mint into the yoghurt and stir well. Stretch pizza puck to required size and spread with Tikka sauce, top with chicken pieces, onion bhaji and cheese mix. Bake in oven for 10-12 mins until cheese is golden, dress with mango chutney, yoghurt & mint dressing and coriander leaves.
